MISSIONS
As our Commercial Finance Junior Analyst, your main focus is to support the Prestige Team to deliver best in class performance.
Your main focus:
Participate in the monthly Actuals analysis with markets and collect information on key deviations vs. forecast/Plan
Prepare monthly performance reporting for Senior Management
Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to finance and business teams for decision making purposes
Identify and drive process improvements across the Finance Function

Other than that:
Preparing a Master degree in Purchasing/Sourcing/Supply Chain/business, you have ideally already some experience in the beauty industry
Agility/ flexibility – being able to navigate through a complex environment without strict & defined rules and be able to be creative/proactive to find innovative solutions & work out of the scope.
Team spirit oriented / Very good communication skills (oral & written)
Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities
English is a must / French is highly advised.

The team consists of 3 people (Finance Director and two Managers). You will work closely together with several departments such as Local Finance, Commercials Teams, Supply Chain, etc. The position will permit you to have a full understanding on the P&L and major financial KPI to drive a business.

Other than that, you:
Ideally a first experience in Finance
Rigorous, organized and agile with the capability to deal with a large amount of data
Master in Finance tools, a good knowledge of PowerBi will be a plus
