Shopper Insight & Analytics Project Assistant 6-Months Internship PRESENTATION :

They are world leaders in perfumes and number three in colored cosmetics. The products of this brand are sold in more than 150 countries around the world. They engage in various social causes and seek to minimize their impact on the environment.


  • Support shopper research needs, build presentations with key insights from latest quantitative and qualitative studies.

  • Work on building and maintaining data base & KPI reporting.

  • Stay at the cutting edge of new trends (shopper, retail & beauty categories), using our extensive information sources to inspire innovation across our brands and retail teams.

  • Understanding shopper attitudes, behavior, usage, online and offline shopper journeys, using existing information as well as new innovative digital tools.

  • Lead your own project that will serve to educate and excite a company-wide audience on a hot topic.

  • Understand & master countries & categories dynamics (North America, Europe, Asia / Fragrance, make-up, skincare)

  • Track performances (Coty Luxury brands and competitors)

  • Better understand competitors’ strategies (portfolio management, distribution, pricing…)

  • Find out business opportunities

More precisely, you’ll be in charge of the regular update of reporting tools (shared with the whole organization) and in-depth analysis (at categories and brands levels). You’ll also answer marketing/trade/countries day to day questions and contribute to transversal projects, deep diving into market dynamics & consumer knowledge and combining resources from various areas.
