FINANCE ASSISTANT
6 MONTH FULL TIME STARTING FROM JANUARY

They are world leaders in perfumes and number three in colored cosmetics. The products of this brand are sold in more than 150 countries around the world. They engage in various social causes and seek to minimize their impact on the environment.
MISSIONS :
Support submission of the financial forecast updates (Annual Plan, Profit Forecasts, etc)
o Own technical tasks of financial forecast submissions for divisional entities
o Consolidate, validate and report results with relevant business insights and variance analysis
o Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis based on business needs
Support the month-end closing, reporting and analysis
o Own and drive the PO creation process and provide support to digital team to ensure correct allocation and follow-up on actuals. Review, reconcile and follow up of data submission vs. expectations
o Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis based on business needs o Respond to finance related queries from internal departments and ensure follow-up in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS
• Comfortable working with big data and various financial and reporting systems, good financial
• modelling skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Team working spirit
• Strong sense of confidentiality
