names in the luxury and beauty sector, with an emblematic portfolio of perfume brands, of colored cosmetics and skin and body care. They are world leaders in perfumes and number three in colored cosmetics. The products of this brand are sold in more than 150 countries around the world. They engage in various social causes and seek to minimize their impact on the environment.

MISSIONS :

• Design branded training tools with the Education Senior Project Manager for each launch and for global tools

• Development of fragrance mobile learnings for the Beauty Advisor mobile app

• Development of Selling techniques

• Update of existing tools

• Direct and permanent contact with the Marketing, Influencer Marketing and Trade Marketing departments

• Ensure deadlines, budget, delivery and implementation of the assets, and constant

optimization of work tools, processes, and communication

• Help to plan and organize Train the Trainers sessions (onboarding workshops, global

seminars, virtual trainings)

PROFILE

Master student in a business school or university

• A previous work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education would be a plus

• Excellent communicator in English – both verbal & written

• Creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork, agility, and flexibility

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Able to deal with a fast-paced work environment

• Fragrance and/or beauty addict/passionate

• Digital savvy

• Retail minded/consumer centric: experience in Dept. Stores, perfumeries, beauty retailers,
