E-Retail Project Coordinator COTY 6-Months Internship Presentation Vox Populi is an association under the 1901 law, which works to strengthen the employability of young people, as part of its mission of equal opportunities. They are world leaders in perfumes and number three in colored cosmetics. The products of this brand are sold in more than 150 countries around the world. They engage in various social causes and seek to minimize their impact on the environment.


Part of the Worldwide e-Commerce team and reporting to the Prestige Global

eCommerce Project Manager, the intern is responsible for the deployment and rollout of the Global approved e-Commerce assets for the Prestige Division.

The e-Retail Content Coordinator offers an opportunity to:

• Discover the world of eRetail and Prestige fragrances

• Make an impact on COTY Prestige eBusiness results.

The role interacts both internally & externally to support and drive Global and Local

teams with their e-Retailexecutions. In this role, the intern will help coordinate the

tracking and execution of the eCommerce product content (Product Copy, Packshots,

Product Page images and layout…) for a portfolio of iconic Fragrances (incl. Chloé,

Gucci, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss….).

Key missions in the role include the below; missions may vary based on business


1/ Manage and track content availability, multiplicity, quality and commercial

readiness for new launches, pillar skus and KCP

• In charge of e-Commerce content tracker across all Prestige brands

• Work hand-in-hand with Global Brand teams and Local e-Com teams for perfect

Prestige online visibility2/ Own and drive in autonomy a conversion project, working hand in hand with key

stakeholders (Brands and Markets) to accelerate Coty online growth (ex: SEO,

Rating & Reviews, Social commerce)

3/ Drive simplification of content accessibility & delivery towards the Local e-Com

teams for Coty Prestige

• In charge of different eCommerce resources (KCP Catalogue, Brandshop & PDP+

Catalogue, Buyout tracker…) across all Prestige brands working with Global Brand

teams when required

• Own e-Commerce content communication towards the markets

4/ Ensure perfect execution of Coty Prestige brands on e-Retail sites

• Conduct regular brand audit & support local Coty teams when needed

• Gather and build “Brand positive highlights” to share on monthly basis towards

Global Brand teams &Fashion Houses for priority Brands

5/ Build competitive & category knowledge to identify best practices across eRetailers and Brands and share expertise to inspire Global Brand teams, Markets

and Retailers on the future of e-Commerce

6/ Support in ad-hoc request: Conversion tools (Livestreaming, SEO, R&R

campaigns, CARS), PIM, Financials.


The successful intern will have the following profile:

• A Master student (Cesure or Fin d’études) - Internship agreement of 6 months

issued by your school

• First experience in Beauty sector and in digital / eRetail

• Rigorous, with very strong organisational, project management skills, ability to drive

operational discipline. Attention to detail

• Fluent English & French, both spoken and written, are an absolute must, other

languages will be a plus

• Driven mindset, self-motivated to work autonomously

• Outlook proficiency, strong technical/creative capability on PowerPoint
