MISSIONS :

Site experience :

Help to optimize online merchandising (using Shopify & Magento) by analyzing e-commerce KPIs to generate additional revenue Assist in testing new contents and user journey for key launches Guarantee content accuracy by leading website checks, and support bug solving using Jira Follow-up on e-commerce operations activity: orders, returns Marketing activation :

Collaborate with HQ Team in the US and ensure Marketing plan follow-up and content delivery (website banners, newsletters, media assets) Assist in product launches and promotional offers Help supporting digital marketing activities by planning and scheduling newsletters in the back office (Klaviyo/ Adobe Campaign)

Reporting Activities:

Benchmarks : Analyze on a weekly basis market and competitors’ data, monitor best practices to suggest website improvements

Assist with performance analysis, recommendations and implementation of optimizations.

Project Management :

Participate in development, UAT and launch of a new DTC platform"

• Master in MKT

• Experience en digital /D2C

• Fluent in english
