They are world leaders in perfumes and number three in colored cosmetics. The products of this brand are sold in more than 150 countries around the world. They engage in various social causes and seek to minimize their impact on the environment.

MISSIONS :

Participation of the gucci makeup launches:

· Follow-up and participation of the briefs (design, communication,…)

· Key point of contact for the creation of the product artworks

· Key point of contact of the agencies for mock-ups and 2D visualisations

· Participation of the construction of Marketing decks

· Product testings & Market/Makeup artists surveys follow-up

· Be part of the brainstormings of the Gucci Makeup department

· Be proactive in the samplings/in store tools to increase the productivity of the brand

competitive analysis, trends review and post-launch analysis:

· Consumer panels reporting

· Monthly competitive analysis & trends reporting = Proactively share the best practices of the industry

· Manage the Gucci post-launch report

Operational support

· Daily follow-up of billing

· Participation in the organisation of key seminars and meetings

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1) Passionate by the cosmetic industry and most specifically to the Makeup.

2) Fast learner and resilient

3) Analytical, rigorous and well organized

4) Creativity with ability to participate to brainstorming

5) Team player

6) Have already an experience in Marketing

7) Fluent in English
