They are world leaders in perfumes and number three in colored cosmetics. The products of this brand are sold in more than 150 countries around the world. They engage in various social causes and seek to minimize their impact on the environment.
MISSIONS :
o Manage purchasing requests from teams following the company’s procurement
processes and key in data in Ariba system
o Handle issues related to the purchasing requests such as supplier data update requests
o Liaise with R&D Packaging teams for :
▪ Purchasing requests (follow-up on the approval process from Procurement for
example)
▪ Purchasing orders (follow-up on the ‘good receipt’ in the Ariba system)
o Manage invoices which are blocked in SAP system :
▪ understand the various issues that can be encountered in invoice management,
▪ liaise with Finance/accounting department and Accenture outsourced
accounting team to solve issues and blocking points
▪ Raise tickets and follow-up on them when required to unblock potential
problems with supplier data

• Person who is comfortable with complex processes and who enjoys managing figures
and data
• Rigor in following-up and tracking information
