Junior Project Buyer (IPM)

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Junior Project Buyer (IPM), you will be at the center of one of our Prestige brands, working in a dynamic environment within a multifunctional and international team. Your main responsibilities will include:
Contributing to all end-to-end Procurement activities related to new launches and productivity projects.
Supporting the implementation of Global and Regional Category Sourcing strategies.
Engaging with a wide range of packaging and raw material categories.
KEY TASKS
Product Innovation :
Collaborate closely with the multifunctional team from marketing brief to market launches, ensuring cost, timing, and lead time objectives are met.
Productivity :
Contribute to productivity, renovation, and value preservation projects in coordination with R&D and Operations teams.
Monitor and track procurement activities (CAPEX expenses, savings, quarterly budget reviews).
Support to Operations :
Assist in the Business Continuity Plan for all high-risk materials (in-house manufacturing or TPM).
Manage claims/issues in collaboration with the operational team.
Implement actions to minimize materials inventory and obsolescence.
Business Partnering :
Facilitate the sharing of information and support between local organizations and business units.
Promote a positive networking environment within different departments and be an ambassador for the procurement department's reputation.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Purchasing/Sourcing/Supply Chain/Business.
Ideally some experience in the beauty industry.
Agility/flexibility to navigate through a complex environment without strict rules while being creative/proactive in finding innovative solutions.

High level of autonomy with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
