To this end, as part of our commitment to equal opportunities, we are recruiting for our partner, one of the biggest names in the luxury and beauty sector, with an emblematic portfolio of perfume brands, of colored cosmetics and skin and body care. They are world leaders in perfumes and number three in colored cosmetics. The products of this brand are sold in more than 150 countries around the world. They engage in various social causes and seek to minimize their impact on the environment. 



  • Support in the definition of the promotional plan and manage the day-to-day tasks to ensure the product development in the gifting category (giftsets, GWP, limited editions, brand collaterals) : 

  • Help defining the offer for the annual giftset and sampling campaign : compose the most relevant offers to match local needs and reach markets business goals. 

  • Help defining an attractive gifting menu in line with market’s needs (GWPs).

  • Campaign concept/design : Participate in the briefing of giftsets and promotional tools design with external agencies (giftsets) and suppliers (Gift with purchase). 

  • Prepare the artwork brief, manage, and deliver execution documents ensuring right timings. 

  • Prepare the offerings for markets. 

  • Prepare the assets for markets : 3D visuals, e-retail content… 


  • Assist the Global Senior Trade Marketing Manager in the day-to-day tasks and relationship with markets. 

  • Be in contact with markets to support their initiative plan (launch plan), forecast and activation for the launches. 

  • Follow and ensure the correct items assortment in all the markets to respect the Global proposal and guidelines. 

  • Track performance at market level, trend analysis, against KPIs/comparable benchmarks. 

  • Analyze sell-in & sell-out post launch evaluation and reporting at Global level. Gather business intelligence on category market trends 


  • Passionate and curious about the beauty industry 

  • Already a 1st experience in marketing/trade marketing 

  • Autonomous, action and solution-oriented profile 

  • Agility to work in multi-cultural environment. 

  • Hands on spirit 

  • Rigorous with strong attention to details 

  • Organization skills to ensure perfect execution in due timings on different projects. 

  • Good team player with multi-functional collaboration skills 

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and French
