Vox Populi is an association under the 1901 law, which works to strengthen the employability of young people, as part of its mission of equal opportunities. We combine the requirement of results and the support of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in the definition of their life project, all this despite a difficult environment and socio-economic context. To this end, as part of our commitment to equal opportunities, we are recruiting for our partner, one of the biggest names in the luxury and beauty sector, with an emblematic portfolio of perfume brands, of colored cosmetics and skin and body care. They are world leaders in perfumes and number three in colored cosmetics. The products of this brand are sold in more than 150 countries around the world. They engage in various social causes and seek to minimize their impact on the environment. 

MISSIONS

• Supporting the VM team with preparing and planning for new launches and promotions across the main markets 

• Assist in the creation of VM tools: gather market needs, external benchmark, brief agencies and suppliers on design & technical drawings, follow-up on prototyping & planning. 

• Deploy tools & guidelines to global markets: 

• Help with the redaction of VM catalogues to help global markets forecasts on tools 

• Help to create the merchandising guidelines 

• Answer markets requests on local implementation & adaptations 

• Assist the Merchandising managers in their day-to-day tasks and relationship with suppliers and agencies. 

• Internal communication: create and share launches recap, opening pictures & videos. 

• Competitors reviews : regular store checks & sharing best practices & learnings on VM topics: prodcuts presentation, new technologies, consumer engagement, etc. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

• Master 1 / Master 2 student (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Design). 

• First experience in VM or Retail design in the beauty or luxury goods industry will be a plus 

• Excellent written and spoken English. 

• Proficient with MS Office. Adobe suite would be a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator). 

• Ability to work autonomously and multitask in fast-paced collaborative environment 

• Reliable and attention to detail. 

• Strong collaboration skills.
