Vox Populi est une association Loi 1901, qui œuvre pour le renforcement de l’employabilité des jeunes, dans le cadre de sa mission d’égalité des chances. Nous associons l’exigence de résultats et l’accompagnement des jeunes issus des milieux défavorisés dans la définition de leur projet de vie, tout ceci malgré un environnement et un contexte socio-économique difficile. À cet effet, dans le cadre de notre engagement en matière d’égalité des chances, nous recrutons pour notre partenaire, l’un des plus grands noms dans le secteur du luxe et de la beauté, avec un portefeuille emblématique de marques de parfums, de cosmétiques colorés et de soins de la peau et du corps. Ils sont leaders mondiaux des parfums et numéro trois des cosmétiques colorés. Les produits de cette enseigne sont vendus dans plus de 150 pays à travers le monde. Ils s’engagent dans diverses causes sociales et cherchent à minimiser leur impact sur l’environnement.

DIRECT REPORT


The internship missions will be splitted between the Luxury Global Analytics and Strategy department and the Luxury Global Skincare insight and strategy department, so you will report to both Directors of the concerns department.



RESPONSIBILITIES


On Luxury Global Analytics and Strategy:  you will work on Premium Fragrances, Skincare & Makeup categories, you will be responsible for :

  • Understanding & mastering countries & categories dynamics (North America, Europe, Asia / Fragrance, make-up, skincare)

  • Tracking performances (Coty Luxury brands and competitors)

  • Better understanding competitors’ strategies (portfolio management, distribution, pricing…)

  • Finding out business opportunities


Your main focus :

More precisely, you’ll be in charge of the regular update of reporting tools (shared with the whole organization) and in-depth analysis (at categories and brands levels). You’ll also answer marketing/trade/countries day to day questions and contribute to transversal projects, deep diving into market dynamics & consumer knowledge and combining resources from various areas.


On Luxury Global Skincare insight and strategy:  you will work specifically on Premium Skincare, suncare and Body category at a brand level; you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding category dynamics

  • Gather, digest and sumup meaningfull consumers and category insights to feel the marketing & R&D teams

  • Support category big launches with relevant evaluation plan, methodologies and insights


Your main focus :

More precisely, you will contribute to enrich the skincare category knowledge and to support the marketing team by feeding them with relevant insights at the right time.
