Understanding & mastering countries & categories dynamics (North America, Europe, Asia / Fragrance, make-up, skincare)
Tracking performances (Coty Luxury brands and competitors)
Better understanding competitors’ strategies (portfolio management, distribution, pricing…)
Finding out business opportunities you’ll be in charge of the regular update of reporting tools (shared with the whole organization) and in-depth analysis (at categories and brands levels).
You’ll also answer marketing/trade/countries day to day questions and contribute to transversal projects, deep diving into market dynamics & consumer knowledge and combining resources from various areas.
Analytical minded, with the capacity to summarize & extract key insights with a clear purpose.
Confident to take the lead and defend your projects.
Rigorous, responsive, curious and proactive.
Excellent planning and organization skills, ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
Interest for beauty and consumer trends
IT skills, esp. Excel and PPT - not afraid of figures
Good presentation skills
